Russian Simultaneous Interpreting
Bentley University is hosting an Executive Education Program in conjunction with Moscow State University from April 23rd – 27th. Our role during this event is to ensure that the Russian visitors are able to understand and communicate with their hosts throughout their visit. Language Connections will thus be responsible for providing two interpreters for Russian simultaneous interpreting services over the course of the five day program. The Moscow group, accompanied by the interpreters, will be attending fifteen hours of lectures, visiting three to four companies in and around Boston, and will participate in scheduled sightseeing events during their stay. The interpreters will be working continuously with portable transmitters, also known as whisper equipment, which will allow them to move freely between locations while facilitating Moscow State representatives’ understanding during the entire Bentley program.
