Chinese Interpretation to English at Medical Center

In a recent project we were asked to provide Chinese interpretation to English, and English to Chinese, for an executive education program geared toward Chinese executives attending from the Shanghai Creation Investment Group.
The Shanghai Creation Investment Group is an active investment funds and IPO consulting company in Shanghai, China. Over the last decade, the group has invested successfully in the medical sector (among others) – the main areas being health care, high-end manufacturing, and new materials. The HBS program included such topics as digital tools used to quantitate health and disease.
Providing Chinese Interpretation English Services
Simultaneous Chinese interpretation to English, and English to Chinese, for an executive education program of that level requires extensive pre-planning. Interpreters must be chosen based on their knowledge of the subject matter, in this case medical, and they must spend time preparing in advance going over related program materials.
Our expert Chinese simultaneous interpretation team facilitated for an intensive two-hour period during which time detailed technical topics were presented and discussed.We also provided conference interpreting services during a presentation on the factors that impact the development of the Medical Device Industry. Aside from knowledge of the topics and specific terminology in both languages, interpreters were selected on the basis of their simultaneous interpreting experience.
