Case Study #1: SAI Global

With nearly 30 years of experience in translation and localization, Language Connections has worked with some major US companies such as Integrity Interactive (currently known as SAI Global). Case Study #2: Facing History and Ourselves

Language Connections is proud to have been working with international education nonprofit Facing History and Ourselves for a little over three years. We’ve translated their e-learning materials (including workshop pre-reading material on their website), provided desktop publishing for learning modules, and even some contracts for the schools they served. The eLearning translation we’ve provided for Facing History and Ourselves has been in English, French, and Hebrew and we’ve hired translators who are well-versed in pedagogical techniques for young children and teenagers.

Case Study #3: Janitronics

We provided corporate professional eLearning translation for Janitronics. Language Connections created a voiceover ‘script’ from a learning module about safety procedures and disposing of sharp objects. We achieved this by creating a ‘script’ for their e-learning materials. This was based on what was already written on the training modules. We then had that script translated into Spanish and recorded by a voiceover actor. Our last step was to carefully match up the recording with the materials so the voiceover matched whatever was written on the page, as students looked at it. This service helped Janitronics successfully train a larger part of their staff and ensure their safety (thus cutting the risk of any mishaps, lawsuits, and similar issues).
