Description:
Our six-month Project Management Internship Program is designed for students who are interested in acquiring expertise in professional project management. This is currently an unpaid position, but in the future it may lead to a full time situation for the right individual.
As a Project Manager Co-op/ Intern for our projects, you will be working to:
- Develop and manage intricate project timelines to ensure strict adherence to project deadlines and milestones.
- Employ advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from sales data, collaborating closely with the team to formulate and execute strategic initiatives.
- Execute comprehensive market research strategies utilizing platforms such as Slator and LinkedIn, transforming findings into actionable project plans.
- Implement a robust system for managing inbound sales inquiries, meticulously tracking, and coordinating responses to optimize client engagement.
- Drive client outreach efforts by orchestrating scheduled communications and strategically timed follow-ups, maintaining a consistent flow of communication.
- Take charge of handling and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) promptly and effectively, maintaining a repository of potential business opportunities for proactive pursuit.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client organizations, leveraging project management methodologies to drive growth.
- Utilize project management metrics to track account growth year-on-year, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive log of business development interactions, nurturing client relationships and fostering long-term growth opportunities.
- Generate detailed monthly sales reports leveraging Google Sheets and project management tools, offering stakeholders a comprehensive view of project performance and trends.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder communication and feedback sessions to ensure that project risks and quality issues are addressed in a timely and transparent manner, building trust and confidence in project outcomes.
- Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project quality and efficiency.

- Knowledge of other languages is helpful, but not a requirement for this position

- Proficiency with computers and the most common software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
- Some experience in the fields of translation, interpretation, or linguistics would be an asset
- Candidates must have a detail-oriented personality and a strong sense of accountability
Education Requirements
- Students or graduates in linguistics, translation, project management, business, or related studies
- Previous academic or work experience in an international environment is advantageous
