Mandarin Consecutive Interpreting at Foxwoods Casino
Boston, MA – November 2016 – Language Connections, an interpretation and translation services agency based in Boston, works with clients from all different industries. In a recent project, we partnered with an audiovisual company that requested our Mandarin Chinese consecutive interpreting services.
Our client was working for a large entertainment business organization, the Foxwoods Resort Casino, which required their AV services during an event at the casino. Foxwoods is a hotel casino located in Ledyard, Connecticut on the reservation of the Mashantucket Pequot Indian tribe. The casino has been largely successful as an entertainment and gaming resort.
Mandarin Consecutive Interpreting Services
The event for which we were asked to provide Mandarin Chinese consecutive interpreting was a meeting between casino representatives and several Chinese guests which took place at the Foxwoods Casino. Our expert Chinese language consecutive interpreter facilitated during the course of the event, and later accompanied the guests, interpreting for them during a tour of the facilities to ensure that there were no communication barriers throughout their visit to the casino.
